At our inception, the management at GigaForce, LLC, desired to adopt a philosophy toward our current and future client base. That philosophy revolved around the concept of a collaborative management structure. It was our desire to provide an Information Technology structure for our client base that made it possible for them to leverage their strengths around our strengths, thereby creating a symbiotic relationship. Simply put, we wanted to be the “IT department” for our clients.
The basis for this philosophy is that small and medium companies cannot afford a full time IT manager much less a complete staff, yet those positions are vital for any business to be successful. All aspects of any company revolve around the smooth transfer of information. Whether that information be communicated via email, telephone, memo or custom/boxed software.
Most small/medium business owner’s end up becoming part time IT techs, a field that is so broad it is impossible for one person to become completely competent in. We envisioned our role as filling in those gaps. The business owner could act as the “CEO” of his company and his vision could be accomplished through the proper engineering and deployment of the necessary technologies that we provided.
Our experience and abilities make us the perfect fit for such a philosophy. Between the principle positions within GigaForce, LLC, we have all of the necessary experience to fulfill just that vision. We have the ability to build a team that can accomplish any aspect of the IT world.
In short, many small/medium businesses can share the expense by each of them having a full-time IT staff. Utilizing our talents and abilities to their advantage. This concept has potential for growth, survivability, stability and longevity.
Somehow, however, our philosophy seems to have been interrupted by a more common practice of reactive management or “Fire Fighting”. What we’ve ended up doing is running from one disaster to another and we are never able to spend quality time with our clients. Part of the reason for this deviation is that we attempted to fill market niches and roles that are for the large part missing in Southeast Idaho.
Yes, there are other PC retailers, telephone system companies, cabling companies and internet service providers. But there is only one company with the broad scope of experience to properly coalesce all aspects of those fields effectively, GigaForce, LLC.
GigaForce, LLC is not just a computer resale company. We are not just a telephone system sales company. We are not just an ISP. We are not just a cabling company. We are an IT consulting firm! We enjoy having an active relationship with our clients. We are honestly interested in the welfare of those we serve. Our main focus is not just selling PCs or Telephone systems. We don’t want to be perceived as just a cabling company. Our future emphasis will be on our client success!
